By the end of the 2.30-minute trailer of Sonakshi Sinha‘s upcoming action film Akira, you would have already decided to watch it on loop and share it everywhere; because, it is that mind blowing.
Sonakshi, 29, is at the top of her game as she fights for what is right. Her nemesis range from college bullies, to local goon and a corrupt policeman, played by Anurag Kashyap (surprise! surprise!).
Sonakshi plays Akira Sharma who has moved to Mumbai from Jodhpur for her studies. She is defiant and strong and will not bend before anything that’s wrong. She’s stubborn and will reach the truth at any cost. She is not to be messed with, as Anurag realizes a little late.

Akira is directed by A R Murugadoss, who has previously worked with Sonakshi in Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.
