Actor Shahid Kapoor, who flew to Mumbai on July 8 with his new wife Mira Rajput, thanked his fans for the wedding wishes on micro blogging site Twitter.
Shahid and Mira, who reached Mumbai in the wee hours of July 8, also posed for the paparazzi outside their residence.
Shahid was sporting a classic blue and white combo, while Mira looked lovely in an outfit by Masaba.
Shahid and Mira married in an intimate ceremony in New Delhi on July 7, which was preceded by a sangeet andmehendi ceremony on July 6. The wedding, which was attended by 40-50 odd guests, was followed by a lavish reception in the Capital, only minus the Bollywood glitz and glamour.
A second reception for the couple will be hosted on July 12 in Mumbai. The guest list is expected to include the creme de la creme of tinsel town.
