Produced and directed by Anurag Kashyap, ‘Bombay Velvet’ is reported to be based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’. The film, which is set to hit the theatres on May 15, features Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in lead roles with Kay Kay Menon, Siddharth Basu and Manish Choudhary appearing in supporting roles.
