For all those who have been waiting for a final and legitimate confirmation – Shahid Kapoor is getting married, and it won’t be in Greece or Punjab or a farmhouse in Haryana as was reported earlier. He will get married at the Oberoi in Gurgaon’s Udyog Vihar on July 7.
The invitation card for the wedding made its way to social media late Tuesday night. They always do. Shahid Kapoor may have tried hard to keep it a secret but with so much happiness around, someone will always want those extra followers on Twitter.
In an earlier interview to NDTV, Shahid had said, “It looks like everyone knows more than me about my wedding. Some say June 10 while others think it’s in Greece. All I want to tell my fans is that I will come out and keep you guys posted about the wedding, just the way I keep you updated about my films.”
So the suspense is now over. The card has all the details. There are talks of a reception in Mumbai. We, as usual, will keep you posted. Though something tells us that social media ain’t done yet as far as Shahid’s wedding plans go.
