Adding to the troubles of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, a chemical analysis expert said in a sessions court in Mumbai that the alcohol content in his blood was higher than normal, when he underwent a medical test in the 2002 hit-and run case.
Salman’s blood contained 62 mg Ethylalcohol, more than double the permissible level of 30 mg, said the expert.
According to a report published in IANS, petitioner and advocate Abha Singh said on Wednesday that the alcohol level of 62 mg was found in 100 ml blood of the actor while he was driving on that night. “Any amount of alcohol found in blood is enough for an offence if you are found driving,” Singh said.
