The Fault In Our Stars to have its Bollywood remake starring Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant Singh Rajput will play the lead in the Hindi remake of Hollywood love story ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. Confirming the news, Mukesh Chhabra, who will be making his directorial debut with the film said that he is working on the script and Sushant is in the lead role.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput will feature as the leading man in the Hindi remake of the 2014 Hollywood hit ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. The film will be produced by Fox Star Studios, and the shooting of the project will commence from the first half of 2018.

Actor Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, who essayed Chimaji Appa in Bajirao Mastani, will be seen playing a pivotal character in the historical biopic Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi which stars Kangana Ranaut. “I am very excited to be a part of such a huge project. My role has action, romance and drama,” Vaibhav said in a statement.
He will be seen paired with actor Ankita Lokhande, and will play Puran Singh, the main soldier in Rani Laxmibai’s army. “In fact, Ankita and mine is the only love story in the movie. My fans will get to see me doing horse riding, sword fighting and a lot of action sequence in the movie,” added Vaibhav.

Kriti Sanon’s Response to Dating Rumours With Sushant Singh Rajput

Actress Kriti Sanon has discarded rumours which said that she and her Raabta co-star Sushant Singh Rajput are dating with a tweet on Saturday night. Kriti wrote that the rumours are “baseless”.

Sushant broke-up with actress Ankita Lokhande, who was his girlfriend for six years, in March. Sushant had sealed the news of the split with a tweet in May, which is now deleted.

Sushant wrote in his tweet: “Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser. People do Grow apartand it’s unfortunate. Period!”

Kriti Sanon, 25, and Sushant Singh Rajput, 30, will be seen together in Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming love story Raabta. The movie also features actress Deepika Padukone in an item song. It is scheduled to release in early 2017.

Sushant, who was last seen in 2015 film Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!, will be soon seen in Neeraj Pandey’s MS Dhoni: An Untold Story. Kriti was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan‘s Dilwale.

Kriti Sanon Says Film With Sushant Singh Rajput is ‘Unusual’

Actress Kriti Sanon, who is busy promoting Dilwale, said that her next film, with actor Sushant Singh Rajput, will go on the floors by February 2016.

“I have signed Dinu’s (Dinesh Vijan) film with Sushant Singh Rajput and that’s going to roll from February 2016. It’s an unusual film and the film is yet untitled,” Kriti told IANS.

Of Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend, based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name, she said: “As far as Half Girlfriend is concerned, it’s an amazing book. I have read the script, but there are other factors that need to be figured out.

The Heropanti actress said that her “career has been amazing so far”.

“I don’t come from a film background. I don’t have any acting experience. For me, this film (Dilwale) was a huge learning experience; a film with so many great talented actors. I don’t think I will get such an opportunity ever in my life,” she said about the Rohit Shetty-directed film, which also satsr Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Varun Dhawan.

Sushant Singh Rajput Used to Sell Peanuts. You’ll be ‘Shocked’ to Hear Why

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput says that when he started his journey in showbiz as a dancer with Shiamak Davar’s troupe, it was just to see “hot girls”, but he ended up taking life lessons from the ace choreographer. The Kai Po Che actor credits the choreographer for giving him the confidence to become an actor.

During an appearance on screenwriter-lyricist Niranjan Iyengar’s talk show Look Who’s Talking with Niranjan Season 2, Sushant was asked about how an engineering student like him landed up in a dance class.

To that, he said: “You will be shocked to hear the story. I used to sell peanuts along with my friends, to hunt for hot girls and then someone suggested that dance classes have many hot girls. Hence, I joined Shiamak Davar’s dance class and danced behind all the big stars and in all big award events. And then I knew that someday I will be in the front.”

Sushant said that Shiamak gave him the “confidence to be an actor.”

“He used to tell me that though I am not one of his finest dancers but still he keeps me in the front row because I have the charm to address the audience,” he added.

Sushant, who has starred in films like Kai Po Che, Shuddh Desi Romance and PK, will next be seen playing Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the upcoming biopic M S Dhoni: The Untold Story.

The episode of Look Who’s Talking with Niranjan Season 2, featuring Sushant, will be aired on October 1 on Zee Cafe.
