Box Office collection: Roy mints Rs.32.33 crore in 4 days

Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Roy became the biggest opener of this year by minting Rs.10.40 crore on its opening day and there is no stopping as this film has earned Rs.32.33 crore within four days of its release.

Directed by Vikramjit Singh, the film which opened in 2500 screens managed to rake in Rs.11.16 crore on Staurday. However, the business of the film got affected on Sunday due to India-Paksitan world cup match as it managed to rake in only Rs.7.12 crore.

Jacqueline Fernandez has tried a different style of contemporary dance form in the romantic thriller Roy. The actress will be seen performing ballet on sand in the song Boond Boond.

Before shooting the number, director Vikramjit Singh was sure that he wanted the sequence to be artistic, yet sensual and passionate. When he briefed Ahmed Khan about the same, the choreographer instantly knew what he wanted to do.

The makers of Ray have released a new song featuring Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez ‘Boond Boond. The song is a slow romantic number is sung by current favourite Ankit Tiwari.

Smoking hot Arjun Rampal and super sexy Jacqueline Fernandes are seen sharing intimate moments in swimming pool, displaying amazingly sensuous chemistry. The scene later shifts to a beach where Jackie moves seductively to entice Arjun following which, they share a steamy kiss.

Singer of the song, Ankit Tiwari has composed the song, written by Abhendra Kumar.

The other two songs Sooraj Dooba Hai, and Tu Hai Ki Nahi have already become huge hits among music lovers.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez‘s double role in her upcoming movie “Roy” will grip the audience, says Bhushan Kumar, the producer of the film.

The 29-year-old will be sporting two completely different looks — one of a movie director and the other of an art director alongside her co-stars Arjun Rampal and Ranbir Kapoor.

“This is the first time one will see Jacqueline in a double role. Both her roles are contrasting and will grip the audience attention,” Bhushan Kumar said in a statement.

As an art enthusiast named Tia, Jacqueline will be seen in a sophisticated classy look with cropped hair opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the film.
