Imran Khan was the always the first choice for Nikhil Advani’s upcoming film Katti Batti and the director says that he had to work very hard to get his “dream cast” of Imran and Kangana Ranaut for the film.

“The first person to come in my mind for the role of Maddy was Imran Khan. I didn’t want anyone else, I just wanted him,” Nikhil Advani said at a press conference on the trailer launch of Katti Batti.

Katti Batti is an urban rom-com between two very different people. A sudden turn of events create a distance between them.

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut‘s latest look from Nikhil Advani’s ‘Katti Batti’ is all bohemian and chic. The two have been paired up together for the very first time for a unique romantic comedy. Directed by Nikhil Advani, the film is slated to be released on September 18.

She sports a lots of junk bangles, armlet, watch, a scarf wrapped around like a poncho over a blue tank top.

Recently the makers of the film tweeted the first look of Katti Batti, which saw a bespectacled Imran and quirky Kangana.

Nikhil Advani, who is known for films like Kal Ho Na Ho, will yet again make a romantic comedy but the leading actress Kangana Ranaut says that it is a unique love story. “It is a very good love story.
