Box office collection: Khamoshiyan fares better than Hawaizaada

Bhatt camp’s erotic suspense thriller Khamoshiyan has performed better than biopic Hawaizaada and thriller Rahasya at the domestic box office.

Khamoshiyan, starring Gurmeet Choudhary, Sapna Pabbi and Ali Fazal, raked in Rs. 4.13 crore in two days, read a statement.

The film has been made on a budget of Rs. 11 crore (including marketing) and the makers – Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films – have already collected Rs.7.5 crore from satellite and music rights.

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film Hawaizaada‘s trailer is out. The film is based on the life of scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, who is credited to have constructed India’s first unmanned plane.

The movie, being directed by Vibhu Puri, is set in Bombay of 1895.

The trailer shows Ayushmann sporting a nerdy look who dreams of making an aeroplane. He is ready to go on a magical journey where imagination soars and dreams come true.

Hawaizaada also star Pallavi Sharda and Mithun Chakraborty and will release on January 30, 2015.
