The superstar’s film ‘Happy New Year’ is all set to release in Egypt on December 31.

In the initial run, the movie will run in 10 theaters in Cairo, Alexandria and Obour City including all major theatres and multiplexes. The film will carry English and Arabic subtitles. United Motion Pictures is distributing the film in Egypt.

Venky Mysore, CEO, RCE said, “We are very thankful that HNY has been received very well across International markets. After Chennai Express, this is the second RCE film to release in Egypt. Indian actors and films have enjoyed a lot of goodwill in Egypt and we hope the audiences in Egypt will enjoy HNY as much as all audiences around the world have.”

The trio walked the red carpet amid loud cheers from thousands of fans, who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the stars, and officially presented the the heist comedy at Jemaa El Fna Square on the second day of the festival on December 6 in Morocco.

It’s ‘Happy New Year‘ time. So, Happy Diwali! And it’s all about everything happy, happy. So let’s stick to being ‘slap happy’. Hence, the good things first. The extra Happy Ending, with the cutest scene in the movie being producers, Gauri and SRK’s beautiful baby Abram looking angelic. And an appearance by director Farah Khan’s terrific triplets. Throw in Abhishek Bachchan‘s tapori snake dance and bouts of ‘Englis’ speaking. Add on Shah Rukh’s dimpled charm (unmissable greased fab-abs – gets a lot of close-ups); and yes, Deepika’s glossy, massy ‘Lovely’ dance number. But hold on, review abhi baki hai mere dost.
