Actress Parineeti Chopra has revealed that Ranveer Singh spotted her acting talent even before producer Aditya Chopra and director Maneesh Sharma.
“Ranveer was the first person who caught me dancing on the song Sheila ki Jawani in front of a mirror. He saw me from a distance. This Band Baaja Baaraat actor, who had still not appeared in front of you all, told me that you are going to be an actress,” Parineeti said at the Zee Cine Awards 2016.
“And it turned out to be true. He made this prediction even before Adi (Chopra) and Maneesh (Sharma),” she added.
Ranveer said: “See I discovered a heera (diamond) first.” Parineeti made her debut in Bollywood with Ladies vs Ricky Bahl in 2011, which also starred Ranveer.
Parineeti will soon be seen in Meri Pyaari Bindu, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana.
