The cast of Any Body Can Dance 2 (ABCD 2) may have made it look as easy as 1, 2, 3 to shatter records at the box office, but they insist it wasn’t actually so.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor, who met the media in Mumbai on Wednesday along with director Remo D’Souza, told NDTV, “It was really not all in a day’s work. It was anything but that. There’s been a lot of effort from everybody in front of the camera and behind the camera.”
But while there’s little argument on the dedication to dance in the film, the paper-thin storyline has been criticised. But at a box office that increasingly seems to be geared towards the teen and pre- teen audiences, does script matter as much as song? And does dialogue matter as much as dance?
Varun Dhawan certainly seems to have realised the secret to his success if this tweet is anything to go by.
