The wedding season is set to get more livelier with not one, but two Kangana Ranauts in Tanu Weds Manu: Season 2, the sequel to the 2011 film Tanu Weds Manu.
Kangana seems to be playing both a spirited tomboy as well as an outgoing, funloving girl in the romantic comedy, if we go by the first look of the film shared by Eros on Twitter.
In 2011 hit film Tanu Weds Manu, Kangana played a feisty girl who spurns co-star Madhavan’s wedding proposal since she loves someone else but ends up marrying him in the end after a series of madcap events. The sequel promises to carry the story forward.
The sequel, directed by Anand L Rai, will see R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut reprising their characters from the original film.
